Our Story

Walton Enterprises is an Arizona-based industrial equipment and distribution company built on 30+ years of hands-on operational experience. We exist because we believe American businesses deserve access to world-class equipment at fair prices — without the bloated margins of legacy distributors.

Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, we serve businesses across North America — from growing warehouses to national distribution networks. Our approach is different: we work directly with manufacturers, leverage technology to eliminate inefficiency, and pass the savings on to our customers.

The Niuli Partnership

In partnership with Niuli Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd., one of China's leading material handling equipment manufacturers, Walton Enterprises brings a full range of industrial equipment to the North American market. Niuli has been manufacturing material handling equipment for over 20 years from their state-of-the-art facility in Heshan, Guangdong Province, China.

Niuli holds ISO 9001 quality certification, CE marking for European and international markets, and produces over 100 models of equipment ranging from basic hand pallet trucks to advanced electric forklifts. Their manufacturing facility spans over 320,000 square meters and exports to over 120 countries.

Chuck Walton

Founder & CEO

Chuck is a multi-time founder and technical operator with 30+ years of experience building and scaling businesses. He co-founded and served as lead engineer for Slick City Action Park (formerly Slick City Slides), a nationally franchised indoor slide park concept with locations across the United States.

Across his ventures, Chuck has consistently relied on Niuli equipment for warehouse operations, facility buildouts, and logistics — giving him deep firsthand knowledge of the product line, its reliability, and where it fits in the North American market.

That operational experience is the foundation of Walton Enterprises. Chuck saw the massive price gap between what U.S. businesses were paying for material handling equipment and what the same quality of equipment actually costs at the source. Walton Enterprises was built to close that gap.

Kevin Spector

CRO / COO

Kevin oversees revenue operations and day-to-day business execution at Walton Enterprises. He brings extensive experience in sales strategy, customer acquisition, and operational management to the team.

Kevin is responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle — from initial inquiry through quoting, order fulfillment, and ongoing account management. His focus is ensuring every customer gets a seamless experience from first contact to equipment delivery.
